Description

The goal of Mindfulness-Based Wellness Coaching is the cultivation of moment-to-moment awareness (i.e., utilizing mindfulness as the optimal way to make lasting changes in healthy behaviours). Each week in this group session, we will introduce you to evidence-based practices for skill development and, through experiential learning, we will help you move forward on a journey toward behavioral change.
