The Virtual Y gives you unlimited access to all of our virtual group fitness classes. Virtual Y is included in your Y membership or can be purchased on its own.

Free Fitness Classes

Regular exercise is important as we age to maintain our physical strength, balance, and overall health. The Bright Spot offers classes for all fitness levels including yoga, body fit gentle, tai chi and weights.

Mindful Well-being

Today more than ever, we are aware of the importance of our own mental health and maintaining it as we age. The Bright Spot offers programs such as Mindfulness Meditation and Art for Personal Wellness to help you with your personal wellness.

Bright Ideas

Bright Ideas is your source for a variety of information about health and wellness for older adults. You’ll find articles that will help you stay active, provide tips on coping with change, arts and culture, mindfulness and even how to get a good night’s sleep. Visit the Bright Ideas blog often because we’re always adding new content from The Bright Spot and other YMCA partners.
