If you’ve thought about starting a mindfulness practice or would like to learn a bit more about it – this class is for you! Mindfulness practices can be a perfect antidote to stress, fatigue, anxiety, and low mood – something we could all use a little help with these days. In this session, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques and a short practice within a supportive community. You will be able to ask questions and get helpful tips on establishing a routine of your own.
