Join us every weekday for a convenient 30-minute class designed to help you stay active and have fun. These low-impact virtual exercise classes will help you build strength and stability from the comfort of your home. For the chair options, we encourage you to use a sturdy chair to hold onto for balance. If you prefer you can also do the entire class sitting down.
