Description

The goal of this art-as-therapy group is to engage in the creative process as a tool for self-expression. We will explore and experiment with art materials, and in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and experience stress relief and relaxation. No art experience necessary!

Instructor Bio

Lauren is a second year Graduate student studying at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute in Nelson, BC. Lauren graduated from OCAD University with a BFA of Drawing & Painting. Art, for Lauren, is both a passion rooted in who she is and an opportunity to help others.
