Mindfulness practices are a perfect antidote to stress, fatigue, anxiety, and low mood--something we could all use a little help with these days. In this meet-up, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques and enjoy a short practice with a supportive community. You will be able to ask questions and get some tips on establishing a routine of your own.
