Gentle Yoga is a class for anyone who wants a body-friendly approach to improving flexibility and mobility, promoting strength and balance, and focusing on breath and relaxation. On Fridays, we will do the full class from the chair.
Treat yourself to this 45-minute class! All levels from beginners and experienced are welcome.
