Want to learn more about Yoga? This is the perfect place to get started. Through some gentle poses, relaxation exercises, and basic breathing techniques, your instructor will help ease both your mind and body during this stressful time. And since this class is delivered in a small group format over Zoom, it means you will get instructor feedback and a chance to ask any burning yogic questions! We can't wait to see you on the yoga mat.
